Great view of the river from the river view rooms

Nice hotel in a fabulous location, just missing the extra finishing touches. I booked a river view room and it was spacious with amazing views. The room is not soundproof though, lots of sirens at all times of the day / night. The beds were comfortable. However, we did not get any robes or slippers as stated on the included amenities. The bathroom was basic with no shower caps, sanitary bags or other little extras you would normally get in a hotel of this standard. The soap was replaced every day when it didn't need to be, that was such a waste. I had a bleeding foot and got some blood on the bed sheets, the sheets were never changed. Drinks available in the lobby were ridiculously expensive, an orange juice and a water for $17

Definitely a beautiful place! Will definitely be coming back to this hotel. Situated in the hewrt of downtown Chicago with all convenient restaurants, shopping nesr by within 20mins of walking. Beautiful views of the city! Staff all very pleasant.

The hotel was very clean. It smelled wonderful once you walked in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady from the 36th floor was amazing. She kept our room nice and clean. I didn't get her name but she was amazing. Other than that I had no problems at all. I rate this a 10 out of 10 and I will stay here again.
