Sad to report 1st-time issues

For the first time after many stays, I was confronted with a couple issues. A few bugs in the 3rd floor room. A very uncomfortable bed - mattress needs flipping?

My queen size bed was extremely bent out of shape. The mattress was uncomfortable!! The bathroom was loosing painting chips. Other than that the staff was really nice!!!
