Had a pipe burst in the middle of the night flodding the bathroom. The gentleman at the front desk was quick to help & got me into another room within minutes, so thos was good. This was at 2 AM so I wasn't exactly fully awake let alone amused after a 7 hour drive & thos water adventure so I just went into the room, dropped my belongings and crawled into the new bed. Upon later glance with the lights on this room was absolutely filthy disguisting. While I am greatful there was another room, the cleanliness was very very poor in addition to I was right behind the front desk. It was so loud come 5 AM I couldn't think straight. I cant help but wonder if there wasn't a better room that was empty. Times are financially tough for millions of people, myself included so I took a chance on a cheaper option for traveling. Never again. I'll continue to pay the extra for 3 star or higher hotels.

My room had no tv. The shower head did not work properly. When I presented the issues to the front desk, the Young man on 12/15 took my room info, told me he would be there to meet me and check it out. It has been over an hr. He hasn't shown, he is no where to be seen, i have called and nothing. This is ridiculous.
