I want a full refund I would not stay there

The phone didn't work,shower head got my Hair wet, taped with black electric tape,no Cont.breakfast, just coffee where all guests and extended stay drink from, I requested a refund, couldn't check out had Wait front desk for 15 min.with other guest Just to check out Poor service,Never stay here again want My Money back

It was a room. The odor in the hallway was atrocious but there room smell was even worse. The air made my wife's eyes burn. Tried to get snacks from the vending machine. It was half empty and then several selections wouldn't work. The girl working the front was quite polite and helpful but the facility itself was poor. We won't be back when there are several other options nearby .

The location is good, the hotel is very clean. The front desk is very nice and polite! There’re two issues: WiFi is good in the lobby office but no access in our rooms; also the room wall noise insulation is not good, can hear next door or upstairs talks and walks. But our 4 night stay, we mainly used it for sleeps in the late night. Hope Motel 6 can improve the WiFi coverage in the near future.
