We had a good stay in Warrenville with family for the holidays. The unit was clean, in good condition, came with helpful amenities (coffee!), and had plenty of space. We appreciated the unit was pet-friendly.We had a minor issue getting access to the unit at first - the wrong keys were in the lockbox. The hosts were initially responsive about getting us a garage code for access, but never followed up about the right keys, and ignored subsequent messages. I'm hoping this was a one-off issue around the holidays, but it did affect our stay.
