Loved the space and amenities, staff was very friendly and helpful. Only problem if you would consider it one was that our key fobs kept deactivating, happened at least once a day and had to go get them reactivated. Just a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things.

Very nice hotel with stunning views!

The views from the cloud lounge on the 31st floor was amazing! Everything was clean and the staff were great! Our room had everything we needed and then some. Loved the indoor amenities we got to enjoy. We will definitely stay again 10/10!!

I had the pleasure of staying here for my anniversary and birthday, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The views were stunning—truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the space had such a cozy, welcoming vibe—it honestly felt like home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Wonderful Ammenities in west loop!

Great place to stay! The woman at the front Desk is Awesome!!! My only complaint is that I was supposed to get a free bottle of wine with my VIP platinum perks, but never received it. Great location- walking distance to everything the West Loop has to offer and honestly easily accessible to walk to any other loops across the river as well. Secure building with all the essentials. The ammenities in the rejeuvenation room were definitely a highlight. Great Stay, and will stay again!

When we arrived we were told we need to put $200 a night down for incidentals, if we break anything or have a party. The price of this hotel is expensive enough already I was not happy about the additional hold on my credit card. Then we were awoken at 2am Friday and Saturday nights with people being loud in the halls and rooms near us. The walls are thin, you could smell people smoking marijuana. My sheets were dirty and stained. So even though the staff were very nice, my overall stay was not pleasant and I will not return.

I cannot rave enough how great of a stay we had here. It was close to several different train stations & walkable to many restaurants. The room was amazing & clean. And lastly and most important was the concierge on floor 1. We met several staff who were amazing! Two gentlemen & Parker (we stayed April 25th - April 28) . So kind and very helpful throughout our stay ! Have recommend & WILL recommend
