When I got there to check in I was told the suite was out of order and wasn’t told the reason just given the options to downgrade which was upsetting seeing that’s not what I paid for and y I wasn’t informed and went to check the hotels next door and decide to come back to the hotel for a refund where I asked again and was told it was cause the ac was broken after asking over and over and he let us stay w 2 fans provided

Very clean and easy check in and out. Rooms were cozy and inviting. Loved the large pump shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion instead of the small containers. Much more sustainable. A/C was so nice to come back after the concert. Walked right over to the Allstate arena

Not worth money and time

Staff was not hospitable, I felt they were rude and unhappy with their jobs. The room was clean and tidied however my rest was uncomfortable. The pillows made my head feel awkward, as if my head was tilted back. Not a good nights rest at all: the breakfast was cold and the sausage links were both, overcooked and/or undercooked which made them unappetizing.

If you’re going to an event at the Allstate Arena this is the place to stay! Literally just a short walk away. This property was clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Only thing is this hotel is very, very close to the O’Hare Airport and you’ll hear the planes pass overhead. Honestly, that didn’t bother me one bit and I actually enjoyed watching the planes fly over.

When i got to the room and it was 84° and no working AC. When i askes for another room they are all booked up. They offered 2 $20 off of the room and that would only cover parking, but i would have to stay in 84° hot room. I had to find a new hotel and then they set up my refund wich i have to recover with expedia
