Not as advertised/staff was rude

I called in advance to find out the details of the airport shuttle and confirmed that it would be running. When I arrived, the shuttle was nowhere to be found. I called the hotel, and the front desk agent was extremely rude, laughing at me and saying, "I don't know who you spoke to, but the shuttle ended for the day." As I explained the situation, she just kept repeating, "There is no shuttle. There is no shuttle," growing increasingly rude. An uber trip was $55 for the three miles to the hotel. Meanwhile, around a dozen other hotel shuttles were running continuously. This might have been a perfectly fine property, but the lack of advertised service and the rudeness of the staff means I can't recommend this property or stay here again.

Stayed here for one night before our flight out the next evening. Shuttle service was ok, little bit of a wait but I guess it just depends if you just missed it or not. Everything else was very good, nice breakfast and the family room was perfect for us. Special mention for Georgie who was polite, professional and personable and sorted out one issue we had without any fuss! Great employee to have on the team and an asset to any business,!

Not a bad facility, room was good. Hotel is not clearly marked on outside. Both my uber and door dash drivers had difficulty finding it. Outside looked rough and unkept. Inside was better. Not flexible as I wanted to add my Wyndham number they wouldn’t do it. Plus damn alarm went off at 0500 in room I never set this and couldn’t turn it off

Was very disappointed with the shuttle service. Called when we landed at airport receptionist said 25 minutes. Called after waiting 45 minutes only to be told it would be another 25 minutes. My opinion she forgot to tell the driver the first time.

La Quinta is Improving

My stay was very brief, from Saturday night into Sunday morning. La Quinta has certainly upgraded the overall look. room had a better flatscreen than a previous one i had stayed in a few years ago. shower was a standup vs a tub, and the overall look and feel was fresher and more modern.

This was just an ok hotel, there was an event at the stadium next to the hotel the night we stayed and traffic’s was very bad and there was lot of LOUD guest in the hallway all night and we had a very early flight the next day
