I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was genuinely pleasant from start to finish. The location is extremely nice and convenient — everything I needed was close by, whether it was food, transportation, or simple everyday necessities. It made my stay a lot easier and stress-free. What stood out the most was the staff. Every worker I interacted with was nice, friendly, and willing to help with anything I needed. They greeted me with a smile, made me feel welcomed, and handled every request with patience and professionalism. It’s rare to find a team that consistently shows that level of hospitality, and it made a big difference in the quality of my stay. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. I truly appreciated how attentive the employees were and how convenient the property’s location was. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and convenient place to stay. I would absolutely return in the future.

Great location to take in an event at the All State Arena or for a quick night before m, between or after a flight. Was surprised by the $20 parking fee - it was in the description but didn’t catch it so was something I didn’t anticipate at check-in. But would definitely consider staying again. Good value for the price.

There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, and the bedding and towels were soaked with it. During check-out, the receptionist confused me with another guest and tried to charge me for products I never took. Very disappointed.

We only came to town for a concert. The concert was canceled. We asked to cancel our reservations and they refused to refund even ine dollar. Additionally, they charge you to park in their parking lot. Yes, they charge their guests to use the parking lot.
