The hotel is in a spectacular location!! The room was spotless and completely soundproof. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. They do not charge a pet fee so that was a bonus. We will 100% stay here again!!

Customer service was exceptional, and we loved the snack bar! Our room was on the 10th floor but can still hear the outside (train, emergency vehicles, etc.) Lacking on some amenities a bit, considering it’s a 4-star hotel. Perilla, which is the restaurant on-site was also great.
