We booked this hotel based on location, room size and reviews! Upon check in we were greeted with a kind staff. The suite was spacious and modern. For my husbands birthday they graciously acknowledged this with a cupcake and champagne! We did have a couple of hiccups. The shower handle broke and the pull out sofa was not sleep able so Alex swiftly moved us to a different room. He took care the entire stay to ensure we were satisfied. Alex went above and beyond. Our Chicago trip was a sweet success!

Staff was very nice at check in. The room was large and clean. I especially liked the air cleaner in the room... great for white noise. And, the espresso maker was perfect in the morning. Location is very central, and easy to walk to many places. Overall, great experience.
