The bathroom did not drain the shower water for hours. Otherwise a good room. There aren’t any empty covers for dry cleaning and the such. The phones don’t work if the previous guest doesn’t place the receiver properly.

This entire place is TOP QUALITY. It nearly feels like you are living in an apartment building. Ive stayed multiple times here and I can't say enough good things. Ideally located. Super competent and friendly staff. Elevators are nice and snappy. Quiet. Super clean. Well-appointed. Spacious rooms. Check in is always blazing fast. This place is run like a MACHINE. Well done.
