The staff made check-in and check-out easy and were very polite and professional. The room was perfect for a quick solo trip. Room had a fun sitting nook right against the window that overlooked the city. I especially liked the nice lighting in the room and the comfy bathrobes. I would definitely book here again!

Great hotel. Nice view but Lots of train noise.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely lobby. Quiet halls and didn’t hear other guests. We had a river view room on the 8th floor and the noise from the train made it very hard, almost impossible to sleep, with Loud screeching every 10 minutes or so. The good - Comfy beds. Loved that there were sheet masks in the bathroom too. Nice coffee station in the lobby. The biggest cons were the $65 parking, the never ending L train noise and there was a random smoothie in our fridge from a previous guest.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is around so many wonderful hotels and the pub across the street was amazing. I did so many things that were in walking distance so I didn't have to use public transportation or uber. Because of the snow storm in New Orleans I had to stay an extra day and the staff was extremely accommodating and understanding.

The staff was amazing! Antonio was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond every time! The hotel is in the perfect location. The view from our window seat was incredible. This will be my go to hotel for Chicago.

We loved our stay here. My teens loved the window nooks in our room, which was spacious with a great view. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate was a plus. They were able to accommodate an early check-in and hold our luggage on the last day since our flight was late and we still wanted to explore. The cold water is filtered in the room, so you don’t have to spend ridiculous money on bottled water. I could go on, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was my third stay in six weeks at the hotel. I was welcomed back by the hotel staff. The host at the restaurant is always very kind and accommodating to me especially since the hours are a little in flux during the low season. Looking forward to my feb stay here.
