I stayed on the 12th floor, which had the most beautiful view of the river and city. The room was extremely clean and well-stocked with essentials. The turn down service was amazing, every morning when I left the hotel room, I came back to it spotless at the end of the day as if It was the first time I am entering. My favorite feature was the seating nook they have set up by the window,it really is charming. I do have to say that check in was very smooth, I initially paid for a river view but when I first checked in, I was put on the 4th floor without a river view. However, when I went back down to check in to see if anything can be done, they switched me to the 12th floor easily. I am not sure if it was a mistake, but jsut something to flag. I didn't visit the restaurant/bar but I heard great things about it from staff. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but only if it is on one of the higher floors.
