Nice, big rooms. Soaking tub is great for price of room. Parking is about half a block away, but you can unload at the front of the hotel and check-in before parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. It's downtown Chicago.

Good location nice rooms

Location is great. There is a charge for early check in. The rooms are well appointed and the suite had a nice sitting room with a sofa and a view of the city. Bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had a huge tub and a separate shower. Front desk help was mostly cheerful and friendly.

The actual stay was ok. Im used to places with amenities. This place has no pool, no breakfast, no weight room. The only time the bar downstairs is open, is when the rooftop is open. By me going in March, that means no rooftop bar. The nearst breakfast place is almost 2 miles away. All the furniture is low, as is you are in a oriental style setting. I wont be back

Great location between Michigan Ave and the lake, close to lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions but still feels off the beaten path. The suite style rooms have a cool, sleek design that feel both contemporary and comfortable and are very good sized with a large bathroom, sleeping area and separate full-sized living room. Friendly, helpful front desk staff and lobby bar but no real other amenities.
