Loved the ambience of the place. The shuttle was very convenient. Wish they had one for the concert venues in the area. Staff was extremely nice and attentive. Clean room and building. The area is fun if it wasn’t snowing I could have walked to some cute plazas.

I came in for a concert at the Allstate Arena and stayed at Hyatt Regency O’Hare. It was great because of the airport shuttle and mainly for the location near airport. I was able to check in early for a nominal fee, and our room was clean, bright and beds were extremely comfortable after a long day of travel and exploring around the city. The bathroom was also clean and the bath products smelled so fresh. I wasn’t sure of the scent, but I would like to get more if available for purchase. I took one star off because of the lack of food options around the hotel. I used Uber eats for a small pizza, wings and 2 sodas, which totaled out to $50!! And my food was delivered to the wrong customer… As a result, I had to plan out meals for the next few days so I wouldn’t have to use that service again. Bonus: This also was close distance to the venue! I know how it can get messy post-concert, where the hotels surrounding the arena are filled with people, traffic, and although food choices were available, it was always packed. So this was a great choice for me, as I wanted to be away from the large crowds.

Beautiful hotel, airport proximity clutch!

What a beautiful hotel. I got a premier king suite in the tower & it was so pretty. I was able to check in quickly & head to my quiet room. I’d had a long weekend & had every intention of dining downstairs, but the bed was too cozy & I fell right asleep. I had a 5am flight & chose this hotel for the free shuttle to the airport, but I overslept & took a Lyft instead. Will definitely come back to just enjoy all of the amenities another time.

Small room but did what it needed to do

My family only stayed for one night so it served its purpose for us. Bed was fairly comfortable and they had a white noise machine in the room which was nice. Room was pretty small in my opinion and I wasn’t a huge fan of the toilets. You had to reach back behind the the seat lid to flush. Also, the fridge in the room notes it is only at a temp for beverages not food so something to keep in mind if you plan on staying a couple nights.
