Bus load from Ohare showed up after 3pm. There was only one clerk on duty going through a hassle with 2 customers. After a long time another clerk showed up to procrss incoming. People were clearly not in a good mood then. Original clerk was still dealing with the problem customers.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile! This was an unexpected layover after I missed my connection. Very large and well appointed room with huge television. Mini refrigerator. Easy check in. Excellent breakfast with omelettes to order. Beautiful lobby. Complimentary shuttle running every 15 minutes from 4:00 a.m.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, ice and microwave were easily accessible. It was a little tedious to refill my water bottle, but it wasnt too much trouble. The water refills were around the lobby and my room was in a higher floor. Other than that it was a great stay!
