The Hyatt was a great hotel, with lots to do within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. It is close to the airport, so noisy from the planes

Great but missing that extra level of care

We booked a business trip to stay here for 4 nights in total. We were in the Premier Tower which I assume means all the rooms are modernised so asthetically it was great and very spacious. As we were in the premier tower, I would have assumed a bottle of water would be complimentary, this was not the case. As water was lacking one day we drank a bottle $4 dollars being added to the bill. As they could see we had drank the water the next day two bottles were placed on the side again reminding us if we drink them we will be charged unless we had some form of elite membership. What didn’t get refilled was the complimentary coffee. This small act of lack of thought/care meant we did not choose to eat all our meals in the hotel and we ate else where spending anything from $150 - $200 dollars a night. There is a bigger picture that the Hyatt unfortunately did not see for the sake of a couple of dollars for some bottles ofwater they missed out on between $700 - $800 extra revenue they could have made from us. Water at the hotel was $4-5 dollars a bottle we saw people getting Uber drivers dropping water off to avoid this. Aside to this the location was great for us and the shuttle bus service was excellent for the airport.
