An interesting facgt that the front desk staff shared with us was that this hotel used to be a hospital. It also has a hospital museum in the building. The breakfast was very delicious!

Hotel had big rooms. I gave it a 4 star because the bed was lumpy and too soft for me (however it had great pillows). I would stay at this hotel again!

The overall stay at the Hyatt Place was wonderful, however the only complaint I have is that the hotel phone was not working in the room, there was no shuttle available to and from this hotel and we didn't have comfortable blankets. Ksenia at the front desk was very accommodating, very helpful and very gracious. I would stay at this hotel again in the Thank you to Ksenia for a wonderful service and experience.

Not a good experience

We got a room with two queen beds and a plot couch. The pullout couch was really dirty so nobody slept in it. Our water also quit working and when calling the front desk, we were told it would take at least an hour for somebody to come up and look at it and if we had to go to the bathroom, we had to go down to first or second floor, and our room was on the fifth floor.

Nice place

Beautiful hotel with a very convenient location to the United Center. I was not worried at all to walk back to the hotel after the concert. I was happy to pay $5 to park at a nearby ramp. Service was great, the room was very clean, water pressure in shower was great. Breakfast had a lot of options. My only suggestion would be to have flavored creamer for coffee. We will return if we go to another concert at the United Center.
