The facilities were good. I stayed 5 nights and my room was only cleaned ONCE, despite me calling to request it. The thin woman who works the early morning at the frontdesk is VERY rude, speaks in a pedantic and discourteous manner. Similarly, the security guard who was on duty when I arrived was very discourteous. He told me (from a distance and with gestures) that I had to press a button to open the door, but the button is tiny and I couldn't see it. He then started gesturing rudely and aggressively. The breakfast was average, neither too much nor too little, just the essentials. Go early for breakfast because they don't replenish what runs out.

The room was not spotless, but once a phone call was made. They did move us. Initially the room had crumbs on the pull out bed. Bathroom floor had hair on it as if it had not been swept our first day last year was amazing. This year was good but the fact that we had to call to get corrected, it wasn’t the best thing we wanted to do.

Love the city view 16th floor was everything, had to get the room clean again because it wasn’t clean things were left in the room from hair in the shower and breakfast could have been way better very limited nothing I ate where was the apple juice and orange juice? Housekeeping only came once, outside of that everything was great loved it

Bedding was the worst I have experienced in a hotel stay; spread was stained. Blanket could not be tucked in. Room was cleaned only once during a four-night stay. No face towels. Garbage from previous occupant had not been removed from kitchen cabinet.

The room was disgustingly dirty. There was hair on the floor, dirt in the shower, hair in the sink and where the cutlery sat. The sheets were tattered, pillows were flat. The entire room needed a deep clean. The front desk associates were ok. Not too memorable. Breakfast was lackluster.

Bathroom exhaust broken, had to request for cooktop and tiny skillet. When I asked for a pot to heat soup, staff told me to microwave it. When I asked for a can opener, staff said to bring it down and he can “ghetto it”. I did and he couldn’t. I demonstrated the issue and asked for pliers so I can fix it myself. Fortunately other concierge staff member was wiser and sent housekeeping to replace can opener. When I asked day staff for printout of receipt of stay. Staff said it would be emailed. A simple yes/no should be the answer. Breakfast selection much to be desired and practically the same daily. Good location but concierge staff may need better training for customer service interaction. Housekeeping staff were great and responsive.
