This location had no towles and I mean none, had to use the swimming pool towels. The coffee machine was out and/or didn't work. The couch in the suite has dirty and had lots of stains, the shampoo and the soap in the bathroom were out. It was a terrible place.

I was not informed that rooms at Holiday Inn Express are only cleaned every two days of your stay. This was a rude surprise for me. Front desk should have informed me of this policy at check in.

It was noises during the night when I was sleeping and a lot bumping noise. This morning, I went to the Fitness Center, and a lady let her three kids into the Fitness Center The kids were on the machines and an unsafe environment. At 9:35am, the oldest kid was on the treadmill and slipped off the treadmill and hurt his knee. The kids were in the way and did not make my workout pleasant at all. I would suggest that you take a look at video camera from 9:30 -9:40 to see the kid fall off the treadmill. Also, what is the policy with kids being in the Fitness Center? This was unsafe and lot of risk and potential negligence. I will calling the corporate office to report the unsafe incident and requesting my refund.
