I stayed for 7 nights to visit family for Thanksgiving. I will start with positives. Staff was always very friendly. Free breakfast was like any other but nice to have available. The location is amazing. All the restaurants and stores you could want are within a 2 mile radius. Now my complaints. While it was nice to have a nice smelling room, the wall plug ins eventually began to have a chemical smell. The heater that was under the window was slightly pulled away from the wall so cold air came in and wind was loud. I wanted to do laundry. I understand it would cost money. However, why have quarter machines with no change makers and no way to get quarters? The noise level from the room above me was like there is no insulation at all. When people walked up there it was like a herd of elephants. The night before I had to get up at 5 am to catch my flight home I was awoken from a sound sleep to a loud LOUD pounding sound. At 1:30 am someone was having spicy time. I don’t know how the bed didn’t come through the ceiling, not just some noise but loud enough to make me wonder if there was construction going on! I didn’t have my room clean daily, but one day when I did want it cleaned they neglected to make the bed. Last but not least… the only place I was ever barefoot was in the bathroom of my room. I came home with a nice case of athletes foot.

We were given an adjoining room and the amount of noise the came through the adjoining door was unbearable. On the third night staff offered to move us but had seen the occupants of the other room checked out. So we said as long as no one is booked there for the next two nights all is good. Unfortunately this did not happen for our last night.
