So convenient to O'Hare and the rental car center! Great staff Love the 24 hour shuttle Also, Surgeon, the shuttle driver is one of the nic st people you will ever meet. We stay there whenever we travel thru Chicago.

A place to keep in mind

My stay was very nice. The only thing that i would have liked would be the the water pressure in the shower was better. The onsite restaurant was norhing special. Their prices were relatively reasonable but not overpriced for most offered.

Being near the airport, We stayed here for the airport shuttle and extended parking. When we arrived we were told we couldn’t park and the parking was reserved for people arriving later in the evening. We were told to park across the huge busy road with a different hotel. We booked a double queen bed room. Our room was a king. We went down to the lobby to discuss the room and parking. They didn’t have any other rooms to make a change to the correct room reserved. And then parking was available. Other guests were told they couldn’t park there. Pretty much thought this was a park and fly hotel.

I loved staying here, the staff were amazing, I came early and then let me check in early even though I didn't even ask I was just wondering when check in time was-but they immediately looked to see if there was an open room I could get into. The room was clean and lots of fresh towels, the bed was big and the only downside was that the TV would flicker on and off with a notice that said the antenna signal was disrupted. Other than that 10/10.

Exceptional service and stay near O'Hare

Wonderful experience! Delayed flt resulted in missed connection for last flight out of O'Hare, missing luggage, and I had to find something close to the airport for the night. Shuttle arrived quickly. Front desk staff were exceedingly polite & helpful. Provided razor, toothbrush etc and a 2:00 pm checkout the next day. Room was new, spacious, v. comfortable, quiet, and WiFi was fast. Was able to swim & use the gym the next day. Onsite restaurant was reasonably priced, and food options were v. good. Check-out was a breeze and again the front desk associate (I forgot to get her name) was genuinely terrific. On the shuttle back to O'Hare the driver (Mark) skillfully and adeptly avoided an accident when another car pulled quickly and unpredictably in front of him (whew ... great job!). This hotel goes to the top of my favorites list.
