Staff was amazing! Our room was a little dirty. we were in a room that had the adjoining door and whoever was in the other room was trying to get into ours. The rooftop restaurant wasn’t open over the weekend which I thought was odd
I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, the experience was disappointing. While the hotel itself is fairly standard, the prices are quite high for what you get. What really stood out—in a negative way—was the customer service. The front desk staff, especially the lady I interacted with, was unfriendly and not helpful at all. It felt like a bother to ask simple questions or request basic assistance. For the cost, I expected much better service and hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have no other options.
The front desk had a sign saying, “If you don’t like something, let us know and we’ll make it work — guaranteed.” I asked to switch from a King to a Double Queen room — they were sold out, which was fine. But when I asked to change to a different King room due to an unpleasant parking lot view, they refused because I booked through Expedia. Rooms were still showing as available online, yet I was told they were all checked in. Disappointing experience that didn’t match their promise.
