Staff were very willing to accommodate my very few requests. Just before bed, I realized I forgot to pack toothpaste. I called down to the front desk and they had some waiting for me by the time I arrived. The hotel is clean. The room was big with a great view. I couldn’t eat breakfast in the morning due to medical testing, but it looked and smelled delicious. I did request an apple to eat later from a staff member. He went into the back and brought me back six of them. Just another example of staff going above and beyond to make an exceptional experience. For convenience, there are several places to eatlike Buffalo wild wings, and Chick-fil-A just outside the hotel.

Would recommend the River Walk, downtown. Lyft driver cost 5.00 to go there. Completely worth it.

This is a new hotel located in medical district. It is located near downtown and with a 15-20 USD lyft drive, you can reach to any tourist attractions. Good: - Staff, free breakfast, always ready coffee Bad: - The pets are allowed in every room, if you are allergic to them, you should double check if there were any pets in your room recently. - The first group of rooms face restaurant area, where there is always a scent hanging in the air, forget about opening windows until past midnight. - The second group of rooms faces car park. There is a terrible engine-like noise very early in the morning like 6 AM which lasts for 4-5 min, which wakes you up. - And the most important, if you have a car, they will charge you 40 dollars per day for self parking !!!!
