Hampton never disappoints

I was on a family trip and had a one night stay in Chicago and Hampton is always our first choice. They have recently renovated and rooms were nice and clean. It’s nice to always rely on Hampton to be consistent all the time.

I dont like to complain but Our bath tub water wouldnt get hot only vaugley warm left it running for almost 30 mintues. The room was clean, the tub was dated and small as well as extremely scratched up, the toilet was really high up even more so than a normal toilet let alone for our room (we had the ADA room) you cant just slap a bunch of bars around and claim the room is ADA if none of the furniture is lowered, even the bed wasnt lowered. Other than that everything else was fine, the breakfast and service was great.
