PROS: I do enjoy my stays at the Embassy. The room sizes and amenities work well for our family. When we travel in the U.S, we make it a point to look for an Embassy first. We did enjoy our stay. The parking location was perfect. The indoor pool and gym, very nice! Front desk receptionists super friendly!! CONS: The buldingseems to need a bit of maintenance. The bathrooms seems to consistently have leaking issues. Water leaked out of the bathroom on the hallway carpet. No matter how careful or the amount of towels we used for a barrier, water would not drain properly. The shower fixtures operate properly. The hand shower holder is not the proper one for the hand shower. When showering , it would out of the holder and hit you or spray water everywhere. Elevators were so overally utilized, it would take ages to get a lift. ( Are there stairs to use instead?) Pull out couch was the worst we have ever slept on. Second level area by the elevators, smells like sewer at certain times. Noticed in the morning and raining times. Anyway, we will be back in a few months. We plan to stay again. Thank you for the service.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The outer room where our granddaughter slept on the sofabed was very loud from the open area and very bright at night. Because of the unexpected $78.00 fee for parking for a day and half, we will not be returning.
