The stay was great but there was a surprise charge when we got there. Expedias website said the hotel was pet friendly but failed to mention the $100 non-refundable pet fee that was attached.

We stayed in the last room on the top floor and the room just seemed like its been forgotten about - the sleeper couch was super dusty, the door is really hard to open and close and 2 out of 3 of the lamps did not work. The staff was impatient and not very eager to help - hospitality is your job, a smile doesn't hurt... Breakfast was very nice, had a warm buffet with a lot of choices, very happy with that!

The beds were smaller than advertised and they were not able to accommodate any cots or room changes for the 4 adults in our room, nor could we get extra towels. When the toilet clogged, the maintenance guy left with a drippy, uncovered plunger that dripped all over our carpet and presumably down the hallway. I would not stay here again.

Poor Housekeeping

I stayed over at this hotel, and the housekeeping hours were very random. So on the second day of the stay, they knocked around 8 am, and I was not able to get the service then, so I requested they come in later. Came back to a dirty room and no housekeeping.

The room was fairly clean but very few of the employees spoke English so you could not communicate with them, also the HDMI cable on the tv did not work and the front desk employee said it’s because ALL of the tv’s in the hotel are really old which is ridiculous or she lied to me.

Comfortable Stay and Great Staff!

We had a fantastic stay at which was conveniently located in the heart of Naperville. There were numerous restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab a bite to eat whenever we wanted. We also had the convenience of Uber, Lyft, and Doordash to get around. The hotel had a cook to order breakfast service, but we didn’t take advantage of it. The pool and gym were decent-sized, which was a nice touch. However, the only downside was that the cleaning department was only available in the mornings, which was inconvenient for us since we needed to be ready to use the room in the mornings. Having evening service would have been very helpful. The front desk staff was very friendly and responsive. They were always happy to help us with any requests, such as replacing toiletries or towels.

The first room has a terrible smell the sofa bed was dirty and the sheets had hair on it I had to request for a different room the second room was super clean and comfortable we had a really good time in the pool and hot tub
