large facility with good amenities. Location is convenient if you have a car. Property seemed well maintained but 1 of 3 elevators was broken and a second elevator kept losing power and had to make express movement to lobby level on multiple occasions. Hotel staff was pleasant.

We booked two rooms for our stay—one was perfectly fine, but the other had a clogged sink with a bad odor. I reported the issue to the front desk while heading out for a walk. When we returned, the sink had partially drained but was still very slow and continued to smell. Because of this, we chose not to use the sink for the rest of our stay. There was no follow-up from staff or confirmation that anyone had come to address the issue, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel was okay, but this maintenance issue and the lack of communication definitely impacted our experience. Hopefully they take these concerns more seriously in the future.

Beautiful hotel

We weren’t provided air conditioning by the hotel due to the temperature outside, other than that, everything was fine. Nice restaurant attached to the hotel.
