If you plan to rent a car do not do it , is impossible to park your car off the street every night at that hotel $65 you have to pay for valet .

Staff was friendly and amazing. We arrived to the property early and were able to check in early. Property was in a central location, close to almost everything. We walked to almost every destination. There was a fridge in the room , but the only microwave was downstairs in the market area. Cleanliness was an issue. Beds and linen were clean. Remote was disgusting. Shower walls were also disgusting. The wall in between the bed and night stand had a splash of something that had dried. Great property, just need to clean more thoroughly.

We have stayed at this property many times over several years. The location cannot be beat.This time we were notified that there would not be daily cleaning/ fresh towel service since we were staying only two nights.They need to have better lighting in bathroom area. Breakfast was also not included ( most Marriotts include breakfast). and the parking next door is no longer a good option.apparently it's not safe and It's also very expensive. We ended up doing the valet parking. Our car was taken a couple of blocks away to a different ramp. The cost was cheaper than the ramp connected to the Marriott which was good but we were nervous about theft in that different ramp. We were traveling with a car full of belongings en route from Florida. Our car turned out to be ok but not a comfortable situation.Overall we still like this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location that was close to shopping, food and transportation. Be aware that this is very close to a hospital and the sirens are very loud at all times of a day. The staff were great.

We made reservations for Mother’s Day brunch. We waited so long for coffee. We asked for sugar and waited so long that my husband ended up getting up and asking for sugar himself. An hour had passed and still no breakfast. We were then told it would be another 15 minutes. 15 minutes passed and still no breakfast. Mind you, people after us had already received their breakfast. Our waiter was horrible. I honestly think he hadn’t even put in our order. The place was small and wasn’t even full. So on Mother’s Day, my family and I left what supposed to be a nice brunch with no breakfast after ha i g been there for over an hour and a half. Then had to rush to get up the airport. Terrible and unprofessional waiter.
