The room was not totally cleaned out. There pile of “dirt” left in the entrance hallway as if someone just finishes some work in the room.

1000/10! ERIN was absolutely amazing. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout my entire stay! Truly a beautiful, kind & wonderful spirit. Made my time here 10x better. Thank you soooooo much. The entire staff were sooo kind and pleasant. The room was perfect and clean. Perfect location, hotel is right in the middle of everything, so pretty much everything was walkable. A little noises at night obviously bc of traffic/ city noise. Thank you sooo much to everyone for their time & service. I will definitely be back.

Dirty the pool was called the bathtub overflow drain had a bunch of gunk coming out of it. It was disgusting. The transition strip came up. My daughter sliced her toe on it. On a positive note the front desk girls were extremely nice.
