Housekeeping was horrible. During our entire stay, housekeeping came only once. I specifically requested housekeeping twice and was told it would be done the next day, but no one came. I had to contact the front desk again the following day, and only then was housekeeping sent. We were traveling with an infant, so cleanliness was very important to us. Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was the worst part of our stay. Another issue was drinking water. It was available only on the 10th floor, and we were told it was also available in the main lobby. However, when I checked the lobby twice, the water pitcher was empty both times and did not appear clean. The hotel should pay more attention to maintaining and restocking drinking water stations.
