The room was immaculate clean. The shower had very low pressure. The soap and shampoo dispensers hardly worked. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Food at restaurant limited but we compensated it by eating in many restaurants nearby. Overall, nice stay.

They were doing a renovation on the first floor of the other side of the hotel but our area was great. We were on the 3rd floor and it was clean and smelled good. Other members our party we first given a room on the second floor and said both rooms they tried smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. They also finally ended upon the 3rd floor and their room was great. I think they are renovating this hotel so it will probably be really nice when it’s finished

Positives: The hotel entry is very inviting, modern and clean. The room is clean, updated, and decorated like home. Negatives: The elevator is far from the lobby and the hotel is located at a busy/noisy intersection.

OK, nothing to rave about

Not the usual Courtyard quality that I expected. There was a large blood stain on the carpet by the entrance. Looked quite fresh too. No hair dryer in the room but one was provided quickly once I asked for it.
