Room was good size and clean. Bathroom showed little more wear in areas and also zero outlets worked. Breakfast was comparable to free breakfast at a hotel, standard options. Decent for the price.

Average customer service at check in Buy 5:00 p.m. they were out of pool towels and would not give you any more. This resulted in many people just walking around the hotel dripping water everywhere. Not to be mean but I sure hope someone fell and sues them for this. Bad was pretty hard but acceptable No blankets on the bed only a sheet to cover up with. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not return

Very poor room layout. The cover of the hottub was broken and laying on floor. The thermostat was broken, but they did fix that while we were at dinner. The toilet was very hard to flush. As a whole, room was run down. We have stayed at same hotel in nearby town and the difference is monumental.

Pool area is clean and well kept. King suite was comfortable, only thing I didn’t love was the AC/heater made a lot of noise at night and we had to go to 3rd floor if you wanted ice- minor inconveniences. Breakfast was great, and express check out was convenient and easy to use! Location was close enough to the city and near other fun activities to do with the family. I would come back!

Staff was nice and welcoming. Unfortunately I found a bunch of body hair all over the bathroom. On the floor, tub, on the toiletries and even on the towels. It was so much, I noticed it right away. I genuinely don’t understand how it was missed. It felt disgusting. I told the front desk and they offered to switch rooms but my 87 year old Mother-in-law was already sleeping. Since I booked with a second party they said there was nothing they could do, no reimbursement no discount, nothing. The ONLY thing I expect is a clean room and unfortunately it was not.
