When checking into our room, we had 2 billet holes in the window, blood on the carpet, a torn sofa, and wrappers from the night before activities in the pull out sofa. When I voiced my concerns with the front desk, the manager said “I’m sorry, I’ll address housekeeping’” i do not feel like that was enough and I will never stay at this hotel again.

The walls are definitely thin, we could hear the dog next door barking and the man coughing. But the pizzaera was good and conveniently in the hotel. The shuttle was great and on time. All staff was friendly.

It’s the place as you’re paying for. Bathrooms is pretty clean. Close to airport, shuttle bus is convenient for 24 hours, breakfast is free though it is very simple but warm.

Nice stay. Pleasant people, nice room. A big unexpected bonus was having the best deep dish pizza in Chicago right in the Hotel . Pizzeria Uno is incredible and Ive had them all, such as Ginos, Giordanos, and Lou Malnatis.
