I caught the shuttle from O’Hare airport and the driver drove my family of three and me to the Comfort Suites in Schaumburg. When I asked him about it he said that’s the only one he was told to return to. He drove like a maniac. When we arrived and I explained the problem to the manager, he shrugged it off like it was nothing and indicated his driver would but be taking us to the Comfort Suites near OHare. We had to catch an Uber and pay ourselves. Then once checked in to that hotel, it was not comfortable. The place really needs updating. We checked out Comfort Suites and checked into a Hilton hotel downtown Chicago on the Magnificent Mile. (We already had reservations there at Hilton but because check-in was not til 4pm, I booked a room at Comfort Suites (airport) with the previous days arrival to not have to wait for a room upon arrival and sleep a few hours).

It perfectly met our desire to stay near OHare airport because we wanted to get to ORD by 6am for an early morning flight. Shuttle service was prompt. Room and other service excellent. Restaurant /Uno's right there so convenient for dinner evening before.

The carpets were very old and dirty and need replacing. There were gnats in the room, and not matter how many we killed, there would be more. No rubber bathmat or decals on the tub floor made it slippery and dangerous. We probably won't stay again.
