The room was very dated and in need of repair. The paint was peeling. There were large water stains on the walls and ceiling. The couch had been eaten by a dog and there was the smell of dog urine and animal hair all over the room. When we told the front desk, we were not offered a new room we were just advised that the hotel was pet friendly.

Missing furniture we booked for.

Check in was great. Smooth. Upon arriving to our king suite that we booked with a pull out couch, there wasn’t a couch. It was 2 banquet chairs. When we went to the desk to complain, the girl was very polite but said her manager wasn’t there. I asked when they would be. By that time we would have been gone, so I asked to leave a message and the girl said he wasn’t likely to call me back. I asked if I could email him. She gave me his card. We stayed a week ago and have not received a response at all. We have stayed here multiple times. This was incredibly disappointing, but to be missing furniture that we specifically booked for was unacceptable. Sounds like the check in girl also had been a shift manager and never said a word to us either.
