Not refundable at all even tho is says fully refundable. Workers don’t know know what privacy is I had the cleaning lady’s open my door multiple times for no reason at 7 am and then again at 8 am and then 9am. Check out wasn’t till 12. Won’t ever stay here again I’d advise anyone not to as well as it is unsafe they let random people who don’t stay there roam around the halls.

The toilet bowl in my room was completely clogged. The water would not drain and started overflowing, which made the bathroom unusable. This was very disappointing and caused significant inconvenience during my stay.
