This property is amazing and the staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and accommodate you any way they can. I stay here regularly. No frills, but the service here is really great every time. The hotel is old and a bit run down, but they're fixing things. The place is always very clean, reasonably quiet, and the free airport shuttle can be arranged in advance (even for 3AM!) great for business travelers. If you arrange it beforehand they will even take you to/from the Convention Center as well. It's also easy to summon a rideshare or cab. The room rate is significantly lower than other hotels in the area, up to $100 less, so it's my go-to for Rosemont. Dining options walkable are very limited, so you may want to dine closer to the Convention Center or make plans for delivery if you're picky. However the free breakfast is good enough for me, including eggs and such, and the restaurant in the same parking lot is decent and inexpensive with good sized portions.

They were doing remodeling I believe. They didn't have no slip in the shower. Also I'm not sure if the bathtub was slick from when they cleaned it before me but the tub was slipper. I ended up slipping amd falling in the tub as i stepped in it that morning. I (hopefully) sprained my knee bad enough that i am currently off work for 2 weeks.

Nice place!

There was a lot of room makeovers happening. The staff was amazing. Breakfast was the same thing in repeat, but it was done well. Parking is TIGHT as they share with a restaurant.
