The Claridge House was very clean, loved the ambiance of the loby and the beds were very comfortable! The staff was great and so was the location! The hotel was right between downtown and Wrigley field, the 2 places we went to most!

What an amazing hotel experience!! Check-in was swift and pleasant! Bryson not only greeted with a smile and great energy but he text a few hours later to make sure the room was up to our standards and surprised my girl with a gift for her birthday! The room was clean and extremely comfortable! The BEDS!!! Omg the beds!!!! So darn comfy!!! We used street parking which was never hard to fine. Although we missed it there was a wine hour in the lobby. I guarantee satisfaction if you book this place!! We love you Bryson!!

Good Location

Claridge House is in a good location. The hotel was very busy during our stay which made it hectic. Don't bring a vehicle if you don't have to, parking for 2 days was $128.

Liked the location and building. The AC didn't take moisture out of the room. We weren't told about the restaurants in the hotel. The carpet was very stained. They did gives whatever we needed when asked at the desk such as water towels or coffee pods.

Great, clean, inclusive, cozy hotel-great vibe!

Great boutique hotel! The staff was fantastic, the room super clean and comfortable, and it was in a GREAT part of the city! I wish there were some more food options and a more robust room service menu, but that's not much to even be bothered about. Additionally, I truly appreciated and was happy to see so much inclusivity at the hotel! Overall, LOVED this place and will consider it again if I find myself in the Gold Coast area!

Claridge House has a great location. Close to many restaurants and shops in old town and the Gold Coast and walking distance to the miracle mile but sits just outside the hub bub on a relatively quiet street. The property is an old building but things are kept clean, nice (but not over the top) and with most amenities including a small bar/cafe, restaurant and lobby area. The service has always been friendly and prompt. Consider spending for a larger room as the base rooms are pretty small.
