Check in attendant was stressed & spoke to us with frustration. Stated u had 2 reservations for today, then i had a future reservation i have attempted to cancel the Jan w5, 2025 charfe & she said she can approve the refund, but cannot refund, i bought the protection insurance insurance & attempted to cancel online, i recieved a CANNOT CANCEL.
