Nice room but cold bed. Beautiful design and I liked that it was not too big. Coffee and small muffins was a nice touch, better than nothing. A couple of the front desk workers were nice, the other not so much.

It felt like a high end hotel with an affordable price. The amenities (umbrella, small bag, etc..) were well thought out. The detail and decor was top notch. Will be returning during the holidays.

INCREDIBLE! Fair price with optional extra amenities like the rooftop bar. Great service! New and updated fixtures with clean, luxurious rooms! My only complaints are constructive feedback as a pet owner: there are no outside trash cans and only one door (main lobby) for guests to enter the building. The pet fee is on the high end ($75) but extremely reasonable for such a wonderful hotel. Trash cans and a side door would make it perfect!
