Welcome to our snug and inviting home nestled in the heart of the Chicago suburbs! Perfect for a relaxing getaway, this inviting space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, ideal for cooking your favorite meals, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. We've made sure to provide plenty of linens, ensuring you have a cozy retreat to come home to after a day of exploring. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort and warmth. Come unwind and feel at home! Please note that this home is pet friendly and has a fully fenced in yard!

This cozy home is tucked away on a quiet street just off a main road. You can find several pleasant parks and golf clubs in the area. As well as shopping and dinning options within a 15min drive.

If you’re heading out to do some sightseeing, hop on the nearby highway to quickly travel to Chicago’s iconic sights. You can reach the heart of downtown in just 40 minutes, and the White Sox, Bears, and Cubs stadiums are 25, 30, and 40 minutes away respectively. If you prefer (and don’t mind taking the longer scenic route), you can ride the Metra to downtown Chicago. The train station is only two minutes from the house.

Using the local airports? A 40-50 minute drive will bring you to Midway and O’Hare.

I work for a non for profit company and we wanted to give the people we serve an experience like any of us could have. Yes they live in a CILA home, but do they have the luxury of leaving and going to have a staycation or vacation as us without being told so this was a great experience for them the house was immaculate. I love the Batman theme in every room. It was enough room. Cleanliness was awesome Definitely keeping this property in mind for another staycation. Thank you VRBO.

Wonderful rental!

We stayed for 7 nights while visiting family. The communication with the host was excellent before and during our stay. Our puppy loved having a backyard to run around in and the house was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when we're back in the area.

Picture Perfect

Spruce Rd is just like the picture! Kudos to the decorator! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen will appointed and the house was immaculate. Charles, our contact person, was AWESOME. We had an issue with our TV remote and he personally came to the house to figure it out for us. Thanks, Charles. The house is close to restaurants and grocery stores. And it's an easy drive in to Chicago. There's a train station a moment away, as well. Enjoy!

Cozy little home in the adorable Homewood Area

This property was perfection! They did an amazing job making sure everything you could need was available. It was very convenient to the very cute downtown Homewood area, close to the Metra station and highways, and the commute into the city was a breeze! We would stay at this property again for sure.
