when we first checked into our room it was dirty with all kinds of stains and took them a whole day to clean it not to mention the person at the front desk eric was very rude and made me bargain with him in order to not pay the $40 early check in fee when he told us it was initally $20.

There was a mold smell, he said all the rooms smelled like that so moving wouldn't do anything, and denied a refund request when we left because we couldn't stay and risk a nasty sinus infection
