Upon arrival the lady at the front desk was great and very apologetic for the long wait in line. I had booked this room as a little getaway hence wanting a jetted tub in the room. Once I got to my room, I immediately started taking pictures considering there was a lot of damage to the area prior to me arriving. The jetted tub had the front panel half off, unstable grounding for the jetted tub with cracks all along the base grounding that’s holding the jetted tub. Also, any weight applied to even the siding of the tub the tub sunk below the caulk line that’s supposed to keep water from going into the wall. Besides the jetted tub situation, there were missing paint spots all through out the room. The room door also looked like the locks were changed out of a few times over time. The locks weren’t stable into the wall nor the door parts and you can see where the old placements were. The cabinet that was also holding the tv had a broken door which held the safe inside of it. This place would be good if you were okay with the shower and a bed but other than this, I would say its not stable or worth the money for a tub that you would get the blame on you that you broke it within the 30 mins of checking in. Especially since I brought it up at the front desk when I checked out the same day and nobody apparently had a clue about ANY of the damages or issues within their holding.
