The hotel was nice and clean! Bed slept wonderful. There are minor things that can be touched up like the bathroom shower floor needed caulk and the actual mattress under the pad lol.... yes im a housekeeper but other than that it was fairly clean down to the bed and carpet and

The staff was great. The room was clean. The hallway and stairway carpeting was odorous and stained. But there was dampness present in the room carpet. Suggest making sure that the A/C evaporator drains are clear and flowing freely. There was no odor except when I turned the heat on and there was a major electrical heating coil odor. The police were present at three times during our week stay but there didn't seem to be any major trouble.

The front desk person gave me a used room, how inconvenient someone was already in there, besides that it was fine their sheets are to small for the beds so they will come off

RENTERS OF COLOR BEWARE !!This hotel discriminates against people of color! Upon checking in during my first stay at this hotel I was notified that I could only stay for a maximum of five nights after that I would be subjected to leave the hotel and not return for Several weeks to a couple months , I decided to stay for four nights and check out on the fifth day after which I checked in to another hotel, I was pleased with the room itself, and again the cleanliness that I decided to return to the hotel for a second stay of four nights, During one of the days I was present, I enjoy breakfast with an older Caucasian woman who disclosed that she had been a guest at the hotel for several weeks Which I thought was odd because I was told the maximum amount of days a person could stay with five nights at a time This time upon checking out on the fifth day of my stay, I asked for a late check out at 1 PM by 12:45. The front desk attendant called my room and asked if I was checking out which I responded to her and said yes at 1 PM… At approximately 1:03 PM, the front desk attendant was knocking on the door I opened it, and she was standing there looking at me with a peculiar facial expression I asked her what was the issue she told me that everything was fine. I proceeded to the front desk to collect my hundred dollar cash deposit and I checked out.… On my third attempt to stay at the hotel I was told I’m no longer able to rent due to “suspicious activity” I asked the manager what s
