The room was very nice and the bathroom clean. Staff was great. The valet people really had to work a lot in the heat and were so helpful. Valet was $80 so alittle steep but appreciated the hemp as I am hamdcap I would stay here again loved the area too close to Michigan Ave Only wish was for coffee in lobby to sit and relax with the art
Great bathroom. Shower is not really accessible though would be hard for person ina wheel chair to get to the bathtub seat. Elevator not sure if wheelchair accessible as very small

Hotel room was clean, but lacked certain amenities. (ex: microwave, very few outlets, an actual mini fridge) No parking, aside from valet. Booked and was told only $456 would be held from my account, but upon arrival an extra $200 ($100 a night) was held for what they called “incidentals” which would be fine had it been mentioned during booking.

The hotel was very conviently located. It’s in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed a romantic dinner at The Lure Restaurant downstairs. The room had a nice setup and was clean. The bed felt great. I enjoyed the artwork and cultural history The hotel was smaller than I was expecting.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately we were hit with a $25 a day resort fee when we arrived so it was more expensive than we thought. Also, they only have one small ice machine for entire hotel that didn’t always work.

Very cool older building with updated rooms, loved the full length mirror and large bathroom. Everything was wonderful and all of the staff was very kind and helpful. Great location, We were able to shop and try some local food as well as walk to navy pier and get around easily to all the sights. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at the 21c Museum Hotel. The location is amazing—just one block off the Magnificent Mile, with Trader Joe’s and Marshall’s right across the street, and only two blocks from the Starbucks Reserve. Super convenient to multiple bus lines and the red subway line, all within a short walk. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant or the gym. No complaints at all—would happily stay here again!

This is my go to hotel when I come to stay in Chicago. The location is great with Trader Joe’s across the street and lots of great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. In addition, the hotel offers lots of amenities like free refillable water bottles, discounts at the restaurant, and of course, all the magnificent art.

Extremely clean and well maintained hotel! Excellent location and walkable to everything! The room was on the smaller side but very well laid out and had everything you need! I loved my stay and would highly recommended this hotel.
