Staff was very nice, was able to check in early with no issues. bed was so comfy pillows like a dream! Hallways to room had stained walls and missing baseboards.. I was worried seeing this on the way to our room, but was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room itself. 👍

Cesar who works at the front desk was amazing. He was everything you need and more from the front desk. He took time to share suggestions for local events and places to get excellent dinner options. He showed us some of the museum on site. If you need a secluded sitting room the 2nd floor has the perfect room to relax and enjoy a book.

Great Staff/Location - LOUD Rooms

Pros: Front desk (and restaurant) staff was super friendly and accommodating. King room was spacious enough with a little seating area Property was clean and close to Michigan Ave and the river Cons: If you are a light sleeper, this is NOT the hotel for you. I can typically sleep through anything but had a tough time since you could hear ALL the street noise. The room really never cooled down even with the AC cranking on a mid-March day.
