The shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea is very convenient. The checking in and out process were very smooth. There were a lot of options for the breakfast buffet. They could improve on cleaning the rooms/tidying up the bed though. Overall, we loved our stay!

The room was clean and the daily housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast buffet which I added was delicious with plenty of food to choose from. The room had great air and heat to make sure we were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating.

This hotel was top notch, with outstanding service: very friendly and helpful staff. The “rain” shower was hard to leave behind. Even the quality of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was exceptional.
