Advertised a restaurant that offered local cuisine but there was no food options as the restaurant was only possibly open for breakfast but it was unclear if the restaurant actually opened at all. The front desk could order in pizza as an option as there were no other restaurants in the area. The only other option was to eat at the airport. The beds were clean but the mattresses were not pillow top as advertised. The window in our room opened to a filthy rooftop. Would not recommend.

Expedia website showed that this property had Airport shuttle service and that was the main reason I picked the hotel; BUT the staff told me they never had a shuttle service. Your website information is incorrect. Because of that I had to hire a taxi for 20 euros, and go thru mental struggle if the taxi would come on time or not. I am not sure Expedia is wrong. Either the property manager reported information wrong or Expedia recorded it wrong

The pictures doesn’t match the room we stayed. Very outdated room, the floor wasn’t clean and a cigarette smell. Very noise because the room was on side of the busy street. We only booked because we had a very early flight but we regretted.

Great location for a one night stay when flying in or out of Naples airport. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. There is a continental breakfast (was included in our booking). There’s a lounge/bar which also serves some basic food in the evening, or the reception desk will order pizza from a local place that delivers right to the lounge. We were able to walk to the airport from the hotel at 4am with no issues. About a 12-15 min walk.

Fulfilled a requirement! A little basic and the previous occupant’s toiletries were still in the shower. However, the shower and water pressure were amazing, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Trust the rating of 6.0 out 10 and other folks previous reviews. Not a 4 star hotel more like 2 star. Restaurant shut down. Don’t walk in this area and no place to get food. Gentlemen at front desk not friendly and little rude to short answers concerning any questions. Site photos are very inaccurate. Only positive is 15 min walk or close drive to airport. Ruff area around this hotel.

The hotel was clean. What was disappointing was I travelled all day and there was no restaurant open for food. Nowhere nearby either. Had to wait for the bar to open to get a coffee. All I could get to drink was bottled water from room fridge. Breakfast was fine though

The room was clean and comfortable, check-in was easy. The hotel is within walking distance of Naples airport, perfect for early morning flights. When I stayed, there was bar service only and no restaurant.

The front desk staff were great and the property itself was nice. But the area surrounding the hotel was really run down, and a little sketchy. Great if you’re looking for a place close to the airport, but not a great area to walk and explore.

Didn’t like the area. Said that it had shuttle to the airport but it doesn’t. Bought breakfast but didn’t say anything on the receipt. Room very small the floor dirty had hair and we asked for non smoking but when we open the door right away I could smell the cigarette smoke. Room 135 next to the street very noisy. No more reservations at this hotel. Very disappointed 😔
