Beautiful vacation home with swimming pool in the countryside in the province of Ragusa, about 9 km from Chiaramonte Gulfi. The old building from the early 20th century has been carefully renovated keeping the original structure with pitch floors and walls with exposed stone. Pleasant furnishings, air conditioning and wifi available. The house consists of living room with 2 sofas (one is sofa bed), dining room, kitchen (4 steps). Sleeping area (4 steps): 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower. A plus of the house is the heated indoor pool with whirlpool area (in the basement, accessible by a spiral staircase) with a bathroom with shower. Fenced garden with outdoor pool and lawn for relaxing. Veranda equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue. The characteristic village of Chiaramonte Gulfi with its narrow streets offers stores of various kinds. The airport con Comiso is 9 km away. Easily accessible are art cities Ragusa, Modica and Scicli. About 25 km from the sandy beaches of the southeastern coast of Sicily.
