Very close to the airport - but a little way out of the main town. We used Bolt taxis -which were reliable and cheap. The staff are excellent and helped us book a couple of activities - even dropping us of at the venues. The airport shuttle is great. The premises is next to a massive shopping mall and supermarket. We are one night at the on site restaurant and the food was very nice ar a good price. Nice little swimming pool as well. Cannot praise the staff enough!

This place is heavenly. I’m sad I only could book one night on this trip. Next time, I’ll be sure to arrange for a much longer stay. Everything from staff to room amenities at hotel grounds is top notch and charming.

Although the property is older, its well maintained. The breakfast options are minimal, but still a plus. A shopping mall, various dining options and grocery store within a 5 minute walking distance. GRAB app for your transportation needs is very easy to maneuver and understand. We didn't find an issue with the language as many folks spoke enough English to communicate. Highly recommend this property

Perfect stay for perfect price

Perfect stay if you have an early flight. They drop you to the airport for free & its only 10 minutes from old town. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Great price and youll be amazed what you get for your money

The hotel is so closed to the shopping mall with a walking distance. It has a food court with many local food options. The hotel also offers a ride to the airport without extra charge. The environment is amazing. There was a natural cicada sound the whole time even though it’s located in the city.

Loved our stay, the property was so hopeful and found us a driver to the temples in Chiang Rai when our driver didn’t show. Very clean and beautiful property and close to the airport with shuttle is nice.

What a lovely place to stay with spacious rooms, great pool area and front desk staff that were super helpful. Only one suggestion, have more options for breakfast package offerings. Including bottomless coffee and make it clear when made to order eggs are an extra charge.

The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting. This is a great hotel in close proximity to Chiang Mai International Airport. I would not hesitate to make reservations here again! Thumbs up!

The staff here are amazing! Very nice and helpful! A we had a comfortable stay, the beds were firm, but still good. A lot of greenery, so more mosquitoes here. I just want to say all of the staff are great!
