We came for my husbands birthday with our kids and the staff was amazing and took such good care of us! They even brought my husband a piece of cake. The room was perfect size for our stay and clean. The grounds are beautiful! The breakfast is absolutely amazing, the ordering was easy and fast and everything we tried was delicious. We felt so safe and comfortable here. It’s fairly walkable location, we walked to the Sunday market and to dinner a couple nights, otherwise used Grab to get around. The staff took such good care of us and were so cute with my girls (8 and 6). They are still talking about how nice they were to them! The only cons I can think of are the pool was a bit too cold, even in the hot afternoon it was freezing to jump in and the pillows were way too big. Overall we had such a lovely stay and would absolutely come back!

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has a beautiful outdoor area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great weather. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, and the amenities felt higher-end than expected. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks available at the front desk. The service was excellent—everyone was welcoming, friendly, and consistently helpful. The location was another highlight: close enough and within walking distance of most temples, yet just far enough from the main area to avoid noise and maintain a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely stunning. I was so impressed by the room - especially the beautiful bathroom and storage. The staff was very nice, even assisting with arranging transportation to the airport. The best part is the location within Old City being walking distance to multiple temples, restaurants, and the night market on Sundays.

Wonderful stay and very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious - definitely worth the nominal charge to have it included throughout our stay. We stayed in the Heritage House suite, which provided ample space for our family of 4. Upon check in, the sofa bed was already made up for our kids, so we didn’t have to lift a finger to get comfortable. Two minor things to note: the suite has an open floor plan and the living space and bedroom area are partially partitioned off so it’s not totally separate.
