Do not stay there.

The hotel is situated in old town which is nice. It is in a quiet area. The beds were very hard that it was almost like sleeping on the floor, The wifi did not reach our room, the shower was rarely hot and the water was going all over the bathroom floor. I would not recommend .

Condition of room itself was ok - clean and big. However, I was unable to access internet from my room I had to go down to the lobby. The bed was very hard and the overhead light did not work. Convenient location (though most places in Chiang Mai are fairly convenient). Ok place to stay but not great.

It never changes

I have stayed here several times over the lat 10 years. It is absolutely reliable in trends of knowing what you will get. I don't think anything has changed since it was built, probably 30 years ago but everything works, the aircon though old is spectacularly effective. Rooms are large and arranged on 3 floors around a open central area with hard echo y surface so footsteps can be a bit loud at night, rather like a Russian stalag but it's good value, clean and friendly, security seems ok beds can be a bit hard, but like I said it's consistent.

Quiet and clean, close to Sunday market.

Very nice quiet location in old city close to Sunday market. There was a bit of an ant problem in our first room, after moved we were too far from the wifi. Overall a good value/nice place. We stayed for the days.

Rude Staff, ok rooms

The room was ok. It was large and clean. But it was noisy, no wifi signal, a lot of light came in at night through the window at the head of the bed. It wouldn't have been that bad if it wasn't for the extremely rude staff. I just found that unacceptable. I wouldn't go back.

旧市街の中心部にあり 、旧市街観光したい人は便利な場所だと思うが 週末はホテルの前の通りでナイトマーケットをやっているのでうるさかった。 落ち着いた静かな場所を好む人にはおすすめしない。
