Stayed there last year the hotel was great.this year the floor was dirty nuts around lounge area and not sure if pillows were changed.we know it was 1 jan when we checked in so it was thai holidays, but the room rate was high price at that time so should have been cleamed better

There’s nice food n cafes all around for exploration. The reception & security guards were attentive and helpful. Nice restaurant just 30-50meters down Lane 17... restaurant name is DeMuang... serving tasty Northern Thai food at a very reasonable & non touristy price.

Comfortable & spacious room in good location.

The hotel is located in chic Nimman district, easy to find but a bit of a walk from the main Street. We stayed in Two-Bedroom Suite. For the price that we got we were surprised that the rooms were really spacious! with 2 full bathrooms and one powder room in the living & dining area. Large comfortable beds and the rooms were very clean. Lobby was a little compact but it was ok for us as we didn't use the lobby much. The staff were there all the time and very helpful.

Excellent service. Went out of their way to cater for my special dietary needs. Helpful in arranging tours from brochures. Nice, new hotel with 24 hour complimentary hot drinks from Nescafe machine. Clean and VERY spacious rooms. Excellent bed linen and towels.

The hotel was simply amazing. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Staff was just outstanding. Fin, Yui, Wit and everyone were extremely accommodating to my situation. The location is right in the center of Niman and you can't ask for much more than that.

It's very comfortable and fully function but it should call "services apartment" rather than hotel. The negative side is the drain is smells unbearable. You have to close the door. Also the air condition is super loud. Lucky that I kept the one from airline!
