Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I am giving a poor review because there was no one available when we arrived. My 11yr old, an awesome stranger and I walked around looking for someone for over an hour before we gave up. When we went back the next day, same thing. We weren't able to check in there.
