We loved our stay here. This was for our honeymoon - the hotel was so accommodating, decorated the room beautifully, and gave an incredible welcome. They were so friendly — welcome back drinks each time we walked in, bug spray on the way out, the works. Beautiful room too. Zen, one of the staff, was absolutely incredible. So helpful, so kind, and really helped make our trip feel special every single day.

Hotel Loy Chiang Mai was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the facilities. They were beautiful and located close to the old city. Breakfast at the hotel is second to none. We had a great stay and would choose this hotel again for sure!

The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, making our stay even better than we’d imagine. We ordered in food one night via Grab and the staff kindly brought it to our room with hotel cutlery and bowls for us to enjoy in our room. Most evenings, Zen kindly greeted us with welcome back drinks and snacks! Even got a present on our last evening! Breakfast was good! Different to your usual breakfast buffet, you get to choose two dishes from their menu. We loved their mango sticky rice, the fruit platter, and wonton noodle soup! The room was just as it looks in the pics! Although I wish the shower and bathtub pressure was stronger, and the towels were more plush.
