Hotel Loy Chiang Mai was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the facilities. They were beautiful and located close to the old city. Breakfast at the hotel is second to none. We had a great stay and would choose this hotel again for sure!

The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, making our stay even better than we’d imagine. We ordered in food one night via Grab and the staff kindly brought it to our room with hotel cutlery and bowls for us to enjoy in our room. Most evenings, Zen kindly greeted us with welcome back drinks and snacks! Even got a present on our last evening! Breakfast was good! Different to your usual breakfast buffet, you get to choose two dishes from their menu. We loved their mango sticky rice, the fruit platter, and wonton noodle soup! The room was just as it looks in the pics! Although I wish the shower and bathtub pressure was stronger, and the towels were more plush.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing. Hotel staff is extremely friendly. They were very welcoming and ready to assist you at any time. Breakfast menu is delicious and its very close to the night bazar. The only draw back is that the pool water was cold but if you can over pass that. The place its a great value for your money!

Incredible stay

Great location. Truly the kindest staff I have ever encountered at any hotel. They went above and beyond to make our time in Chiang Mai spectacular. The breakfast is outstanding, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. 10000/10 would stay here again.

Hotel Loy Chiangmai was a feast to the eye, a chic, thoughtful minimalist design with a touch of the local aesthetics. The guestroom was comfortable and clean, as were the bedding and furniture. A few hooks on the walls would have helped travelers air out their used clothes. Diverse and inclusive staff was helpful and cordial. The restaurant downstairs offered good breakfasts; guests order two items from the menu, and the kitchen cooked them to order for you. The food was delicious and well presented, a nice break from buffet-style breakfasts that other hotels offer.
