The room was not the cleanest - there was blood on the pillow, the sink in the bathroom smelt funny like it hadn’t been cleaned, the cups were still dirty. The staff were very friendly and the bar area was nice.

Generally had a good 2 night weekend stay. Room was comfortable and housekeeping good although the view from the window was bleak. Breakfast was generally ok, quite a few missing items though (glasses, white bread, milk, sausage) but these were replenished by staff when asked although had to wait and partner had finished their meal before I got mine. Bar drinks could’ve been better - Helles lager flat and off tasting and replacement drink offered by staff not much better. Overall good and in a great location to explore the City, the food and drink side could be improved though.

Great hotel from the friendly reception staff to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Everywhere smells amazing and I would love to know what they wash the towels in because they smelt gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious.
