This unit is brand new Cavco Tiny Home/ Cabin and ready for memories. She comes in at just under 400 SF but has a ton of utility with the loft and high ceilings. Would be perfect for family with kids with the bunk room and a loft for hours of kid size fun. Walk to the feather river, lake almanor, or take a drive over to Lassen Volcanic Park only 30-minute drive.
