The front staff were great BUT the hotel had no elevator for the 4 days we stayed. The room was never cleaned our entire stay. The fire alarms went off at 3am and then 345 am. When we called the front they just said “everything’s fine” as soon as they picked up the phone. When we brought all the these things to their attention we were offered free breakfast our last morning. For the area the facilities are lacking to say the least.
So overall, the experience was good outside of the elevator, not working and me having my mom who currently uses a cane and walker. But they were very accommodating and were able to actually find us a room on the first floor and we’re very helpful with the transition, especially the gentleman named Tyron

The phones do not work. If you need anything you have to go down to the desk to get it, we stayed two nights and did not receive fresh towels or a reset room. We received half a roll of tissue and when I called for some the lady told me I had to come get it. ELEVATORS ARE BROKEN, first room was completely dirty. Only 1 out 4 people were friendly. Definitely would not stay here anymore.

Good stay with three concerns
My stay was good. My room (226) was clean and the hotel was quiet. I did have three concerns to feedback. 1) The hotel elevator was out of commission and no status of when the elevator would be repaired was provided. 2) In the vicinity of Room 230, it had a strong smell of THC being smoked. I could not smell it in my room, so I did not bring it up to the front desk. 3) The sliding doors entering into the lobby were not locked after 10pm until 6am when the hotel staff returned to man the front desk. Other hotels I've stayed at have a better security posture by having guest use their room key to open the lobby door after hours. I understand the hotel is under renovation of sorts, but security and safety should still be a top priority.
Elevator was inoperable the entire stay making it extremely difficult while on the third floor
Staff appeared to be use to this as it must be a daily occurrence and didn’t not offer to assist
Web site said pool. Pool had not been open for over 2 years. Would not have booked if I had of known this false advertisement

A lot to renovation! Elevator not working! I walk with a cane and on discharge day I had to bring luggage downstairs as the elevator was out of order.
I loved the balcony! The room was nice and clean. It was cozy and I felt safe. I think staff should be dressed more appropriately, I didn’t know if I was speaking to a staff member or a guest at the hotel because they’re dressed in jeans and ripped up pants. Other than that after the 3 day the toilet kept backing up on us. It wouldn’t flush completely. I stayed a total of 7 days
Cigarette butts on the ground outside the entrance. Toilet paper roll not changed. Floor dirty around toilet. Elevator worked sporadically. TV signal stopped working.
