Très bon séjour

Nous avons bien apprécié le logement, il est très bien équipé et spacieux. Tout était propre, les propriétaires nous ont bien accueilli et donné des renseignements intéressants sur les activités dans le coin, de plus ils ont beaucoup de documentations sur la région et ses activités à notre disposition. Bref, je recommande cette location au calme et à 30 minutes en voiture du Mont St Michel, de St Malo, de Dinan... Merci aux propriétaires

Sortie plus chaleureuse que l'entrée !

Assez dommage d'être aussi mal accueilli et aussi bien accompagné au moment du départ.. Je pense que les animaux ne sont pas les amis des propriétaires qui imposent des contraintes à l'arrivée (et non préciser sur l'annonce) tel que l'interdiction de laisser le chien dans le logement seul. De plus la caution est mal stipulé sur l'annonce car elle ne précise pas que c'est 150€ pour la semaine + 150€ s'il y a un chien. Le logement est très fonctionnel et pratique mais nous n'avons pas la même définition de la propreté.. Ayant un bébé de 9 mois nous avons lavé le sol en arrivant pour qu'elle fasse son 4 pattes et l'état de l'eau été marron ! Heureusement que nous n'avons pas payé leur supplément. Nous avons demandé l'équipement bébé proposé et le lit été d'une belle odeur de renfermer. Pas très agréable ! De plus, il faut savoir qu'une porte classique en plein dans le logement mène au garage des propriétaires.. Cela m'a légèrement dérangé moi qui aime mon indépendance. Enfin à l'étage 2 belles chambres, mais sans ventilateur donc en pleine chaleur au secours, et plein de moisissure dans la douche. Le lieu été cool, l'emplacement idéal mais l'accueil et la tranquillité n'est pas au rendez-vous.

Attend toujours mon remboursement

Suite à mon AVC du 21 mai 2022 et après annulation auprès de Abritel pour me faire rembourser Abritel ne répond a rien aucun de mais mails et le propriétaire lui me dit que c’est à Àbritel de me rembourser et vice versa par contre pour prendre l’argent des gens pas de problème une plainte a été déposé
