We love this place and stay every time we come. The rooms are always clean, the beds are so comfortable, the staff are super helpful with any needs and are very nice.

Disgusting property.. Room had major moisture problems that the motel had attempted to address with Damp Rid. Additionally the cable tv connection did not work. We asked for either a refund or a different room. Supposedly a refund is in the works after speaking to the manager of the property. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, there seemed to be an increase in activity on the streets late at night, which may have been completely normal and harmless but it just made me a bit uneasy, being in a new place. I would stay there again.

Love the stay 😁 it was clean actually had a 100 on there health score. Friendly folk and was nice and quiet. There's recreational weed in Cherokee county so you can't beat that

Tons of shops and things to do around the hotel. Big place, nothing incredibly fancy, but all things were nice enough. Enjoyed it would definitely stay again for the price

A great place to stay. Frances was very helpful on arrival. She was friendly and explained all the amenities about the property. The stay was excellent through the entire stay. Room was very clean and upgraded comparied to other properties in the area.

Great Basecamp For GSMNP

This is a great basecamp for spending time in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Rooms, while older, are clean and comfortable.

Ok first of all the front desk staff was terrible. Even though I booked a king room they said they didn’t have any available. Even though I chose “pay at property” they went ahead and ran my card before I got there and told me “oh well we just do that anyways”. Had to take a double queen room, did not get any money refunded and actually got charged another $25 which they told me upon checkout was for any damages, but it should be refunded in 3-7 business days. I guess we will I’ll see. The beds were so hard! The pillows felt like bags of cement. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc because they basically have nothing. Location is run down. What else can I say. Ugh would never stay here again.
