This beautiful house is in a tranquil and amazing location in the village of Chenac St Seurin D'Uzet in the second sunniest region of France the Charente Maritime.
Its south facing garden overlooks the Gironde estuary and provides sun bathing opportunities and with its large oak framed sit-outtery you also have the chance to admire the stunning views of the Gironde estuary in the sun or the shade.

It is surrounded by amazing rolling countryside and is perfect for walking and cycling.

It is very close to beautiful harbour ports, gorgeous beaches, picturesque villages which means that you do not have to travel far which is extremely valuable at such a precious time.

It is also fairly near to ancient cities such as Bordeaux, Cognac, Saintes and La Rochelle which are very interesting to visit.

The house has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is extremely spacious.

The kitchen overlooks the south facing garden and features a luxury solid oak farmhouse kitchen with all necessary equipment.

The lounge and dining room also face the garden with pretty views and are well equipped with quality furniture.

There are two bedrooms downstairs with quality beds and furniture and a luxury shower room.

There are two further extra large bedrooms upstairs one with a super king bed and the other with a king size bed and a further luxury shower room.

From the upstairs bedrooms you can see the Gironde estuary.
